1. Cancellation for Individual Bookings
   Tasting reservations cannot be canceled by the customer within 48 hours prior to the start of the event. After this period, the reservation will still be considered confirmed, and no refund will be issued. This rule also applies to reservations made using gift vouchers, in accordance with Article 55 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), which excludes the right of withdrawal for services tied to specific dates or periods.
2. Cancellation for Private Group Bookings
   For private group bookings, the following cancellation fees apply, based on the number of days before the event date:
   • Up to 30 days before the event: free cancellation.
   • Up to 14 days before the event: 50% refund of the total amount, in accordance with Article 1373 of the Civil Code, which allows withdrawal with the retention of a portion as compensation.
   • Up to 7 days before the event: no refund will be provided, as withdrawal would be too late for service organization and preparation.
3. Outdoor Events and Bad Weather
   For outdoor events, if the weather forecast indicates adverse conditions that could affect the tasting experience, Cantina Costantini reserves the right to cancel the reservations and fully refund any deposits paid. This decision is made in accordance with Article 1463 of the Civil Code, which governs the impossibility of performance due to force majeure.

These conditions comply with current Italian regulations and aim to ensure transparent and fair service for both customers and the organizer.
